Corrigendum to the second Council Directive 89/646/EEC of 15 December 1989 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions and amending Directive 77/780/EEC (Official Journal of the European Communities L 386 of 30 December 1989) Page 6, Article 11 (1), first subparagraph, line 2: for: '. . . who proposes to acquire, . . .`, read: '. . . who proposes to hold, . . .`. Page 6, Article 11 (2), line 7: for: '. . . who proposes to acquire . . .`, read: '. . . who proposes to hold . . .`. ANNEX The words 'from the public` shall be deleted from point 1.
