Corrigendum to the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the Community and the ACP States concerning Annex XL to the fourth ACP-EC Convention relating to the Joint Declaration concerning agricultural products referred to in Article 168(2)(a)(ii) (Official Journal of the European Communities L 287 of 21 October 1997) On page 45, in the Annex, '14. PROCESSED FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PRODUCTS`: The 16 % reduction in 'third country` customs duties for products falling under CN codes 2005 20 20 and 2005 20 80 is eliminated. On page 46, '17. CERTAIN GOODS RESULTING FROM THE PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS`: Insert CN code 2004 10 91 after CN code 2001 90 40.
