- Initiative summary:
- The initiative aims to implement in EU law the changes adopted by the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation on 23 September 2022. It concerns provisions related to fishery research plans, regulating trial tow upon first entry into a Division on a fishing trip, prohibition of landing, transshipment and retention on board of Greenland shark, and cross-listing of Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated vessels from other regional fisheries management organisations.
