- Initiative summary:
- Directive (EU) 2024/1799 on common rules promoting the repair of goods introduced an obligation on the manufacturers to repair the goods listed in Annex II to this Directive. Annex II contains the list of goods for which repairability requirements are provided in the EU law. The repairability requirements for local space heaters have been established in the Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1103. The purpose is to add them to Annex II
