- Initiative summary:
- This delegated act aims at amending Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 to allow for advance payments for sectoral interventions to all the agricultural sectors. In view of harmonising the rules in the sectoral interventions and avoiding discriminatory treatments among sectoral interventions, the use of advances should be extended to the wine, apiculture, fruit and vegetables, hops and ‘other’ sectors referred to in Title III, Chapter III, of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115.
