Initiative summary:
To ensure a toxic-free environment, the Commission will present a chemicals strategy for sustainability. This will help to better protect citizens and the environment against hazardous chemicals, encourage innovation for the development of safe and sustainable alternatives and further facilitate cross-border trade on the internal market.
