    A new member of the Court takes the oath

    Mr Ó Caoimh, appointed Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 22 September 2004, (1) took the oath before the Court on 13 October 2004.
