- The F-Gas Regulation is being aligned with the European Green Deal, the European Climate Law, recent international obligations on HFCs under the Montreal Protocol and progress made and lessons learned. Following this revision, it is necessary to revise several implementing acts, among them this act to extend already established types of minumum requirements and training attestations for switchgear with new types of gases.
