    Annulment of the decisions of the selection board of 6 and 7 September 2004 not to admit the applicants to the EPSO/C/11/03 competition tests (OJ 2003 C 267 A, p. 1.), organised for the purposes of drawing up a reserve list of English-language secretaries (C 5/ C4).

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Tribunal:

    1.

    Annuls the decisions of the selection board of 6 and 7 September 2004 not to admit the applicants to the tests for Competition EPSO/C/11/03.

    2.

    Orders the Commission to pay the costs.
