REGULAMENTO DE EXECUÇÃO (UE) N.o 1116/2011 DA COMISSÃO
de 31 de Outubro de 2011
que altera o Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 do Conselho relativo à aplicação do sistema de certificação do Processo de Kimberley para o comércio internacional de diamantes em bruto
A COMISSÃO EUROPEIA,
Tendo em conta o Tratado sobre o Funcionamento da União Europeia,
Tendo em conta o Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 do Conselho, de 20 de Dezembro de 2002, relativo à aplicação do sistema de certificação do Processo de Kimberley para o comércio internacional de diamantes em bruto (1), nomeadamente o artigo 20.o,
Considerando o seguinte:

Aquando da reunião plenária de Jerusalém, realizada em Novembro de 2010, os participantes no Processo de Kimberley aprovaram a título provisório a decisão tomada em plenário de acrescentar a Suazilândia à lista de participantes no processo, devendo tal aprovação ser confirmada por um aviso da Presidência do Processo de Kimberley, uma vez que resolvidas certas questões pendentes. |

A Presidência do processo de Kimberley confirmou, através de um aviso emitido em 30 de Maio de 2011, que a Suazilândia passava a estar admitida como participante no Processo de Kimberley. |

(3) |
O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 deve ser alterado em conformidade, |
ADOPTOU O PRESENTE REGULAMENTO:
Artigo 1.o
O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 é substituído pelo texto constante do anexo do presente regulamento.
Artigo 2.o
O presente regulamento entra em vigor no dia seguinte ao da sua publicação no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia.
O presente regulamento é obrigatório em todos os seus elementos e directamente aplicável em todos os Estados-Membros.
