- The Commission proposes to amend the current framework applying to EU central counterparties (CCPs) and to those market participants using their services. The amendments will aim to make the EU a more attractive clearing hub, including measures to enhance the liquidity in EU CCPs and to strengthen the EU's supervisory framework for CCPs.
