- Initiative summary:
- Together with the standardisation strategy , the Commission proposes to amend the rules governing standardisation organisations to reinforce the European standardisation system. The initiative will aim to ensure that due governance mechanisms are in place throughout the life cycle process of of harmonised European standards to uphold EU priorities, core principles and values.
