- Initiative summary:
- In the recast of the Drinking Water Directive an EU system to certify products that are intended to be in contact with drinking water shall be established. Only products that are EU declared conform shall be placed on the market. This delegated act will establish the procedure for amending the European Positive Lists ('EUPLs') of starting substances, compositions or constituents for use in the manufacture of materials or products in contact with water intended for human consumption.
