Addendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 314/2004 of 19 February 2004 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Zimbabwe(1) Statement concerning the Council Common Position renewing restrictive measures against Zimbabwe and the Council Regulation concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Zimbabwe The prohibition against making funds or economic resources available shall not prevent the crediting of the frozen accounts by financial institutions that receive funds transferred by third parties to the account of the listed person or entity, provided that any additions to such accounts will also be frozen.
