Initiative summary:
This act aims at repealing Delegated Regulation 2022/30 on cybersecurity, as of the date of applicability of the Cyber Resilience Act (11 December 2027), in order to avoid any overlaps between the essential requirements of the RED that relate to cybersecurity and those of the Cyber Resilience Act and thus ensure legal certainty.
