- Initiative summary:
- The guidance will focus on the key barriers to the implementation of renewable energy projects, corresponding good practices and solutions related to the length of the permitting procedures, the complexity of the rules and processes for site selection and administrative authorisations, grid connection issues, and staffing of permitting authorities. It will also address good practices to facilitate Power Purchase Agreements, including in a cross-border context.
