Authorization of State aid pursuant to Article 61 of the EEA Agreement and Article 1 (3) of Protocol 3 to the Surveillance and Court Agreement EFTA Surveillance Authority decision to close a State aid case due to discontinuation of aid scheme (95/C 60/05) Date of adoption: 1. 12. 1994 Member State: Finland Aid No: 94-042 Title: abolition of tax reliefs on industrial production Objective: to discontinue an existing scheme which aims at subsidizing capacity increases of existing plants of manufacturing enterprises. A proposal on the abolition of the law shall be submitted to the Parliament before the end of 1994 Legal basis: Act on tax reliefs on industrial production (Laki tuotannollisen toiminnan edistämiseksi myönnettävistä veronhuojennuksista, 221/79) Conditions: the EFTA Surveillance Authority shall be informed of the abolition of the law as soon as the law to this effect has been adopted
