EFTA Surveillance Authority - application for an order requiring the EFTA Surveillance Authority to take a decision, for compensation and for 'preliminary authorization`, concerning an alleged infingement by the Government of Norway of the EEA Agreement - the Court, composed of: Bjørn Haug, President, Thór Vilhjálmsson (Rapporteur) and Carl Baudenbacher, Judges; and Per Christiansen, Registrar, made an order of 27 June 1997, the operative part of which is as follows: 1.
