IL-KUMMISSJONI TAL-KOMUNITAJIET EWROPEJ,

Wara li kkunsidrat it-Trattat li jistabbilixxi l-Komunità Ewropea,

Wara li kkunsidrat id-Direttiva tal-Kunsill 91/493/KEE tat-22 ta’ Lulju 1991 li tippreskrivi il-kondizzjonijiet ta’ saħħa għall-produzzjoni u t-tpoġġija fis-suq ta’ prodotti tas-sajd [1], kif l-aħħar emendata bl-Att ta’ Adeżjoni ta’ l-Awstrija, l-Finlandja u l-Isvezja, u b’mod partikolari l-Artikoli 11(5) tagħha,

Billi l-lista ta’ ditti u bastimenti fabbriki approvati minn New Zealand li jimportaw prodotti tas-sajd u ta’ akwakultura għal ġewwa l-Komunità ġiet stabbilita fid-Deċiżjoni tal-Kummissjoni 94/448/KE [2], kif l-aħħar emendata bid-Deċiżjoni 96/31/KE [3]; filwaqt li din il-lista tista’ tiġi emendata wara l-komunikazzjoni ta’ lista ġdida mill-awtorità kompetenti fi New Zealand;

Billi l-awtorità kompetenti fi New Zealand ikkomunikat lista ġdida ta’ 164 ditta u ta’ 205 bastimenti fabbriki;

Billi hemm bżonn li l-lista ta’ ditti approvati u bastimenti fabbriki tiġi emendata;

Billi l-miżuri li għalihom hemm provdut f’din id-Deċiżjoni ġew stabbiliti bi qbil mall-proċedura preskritta bid-Deċiżjoni tal-Kummissjoni 90/13/KEE [4],

ADOTTAT DIN ID-DEĊIŻJONI:
