    LE CONSEIL DES COMMUNAUTES EUROPEENNES,

    VU LE TRAITE INSTITUANT LA COMMUNAUTE ECONOMIQUE EUROPEENNE, ET NOTAMMENT SON ARTICLE 113,

    VU LA RECOMMANDATION DE LA COMMISSION,

    DECIDE :

    ARTICLE PREMIER

    LES PROTOCOLES PORTANT PREMIERE, DEUXIEME ET TROISIEME PROROGATION DE LA CONVENTION SUR LE COMMERCE DU BLE ET DE LA CONVENTION RELATIVE A L'AIDE ALIMENTAIRE, CONSTITUANT L'ACCORD INTERNATIONAL SUR LE BLE DE 1971, SONT APPROUVES AU NOM DE LA COMMUNAUTE ECONOMIQUE EUROPEENNE .

    ARTICLE 2

    LE PRESIDENT DU CONSEIL EST AUTORISE A DESIGNER LA PERSONNE HABILITEE A DEPOSER L'INSTRUMENT D'APPROBATION DES PROTOCOLES AUPRES DU GOUVERNEMENT DES ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE .
