- Initiative summary:
- The implementing act establishes a link between the Service of Documents decentralised IT system, which is e-CODEX based, and the e-CODEX Regulation. It also provides for the possibility for existing cooperation on the service of judicial and extrajudicial documents under international agreements between the Union and Member States not bound by the Service of Documents Regulation to continue under the legal framework for the e-CODEX Regulation.
