- Initiative summary:
- Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA) is an Art.185 initiative, with 19 participating states. The main objective of PRIMA is to pool the knowledge and financial resources of the EU and the participating states to build R&I capacities and develop innovative solutions for water and agro-food systems in the Mediterranean area. In accordance with the Decision (EU) 2017/1324, Art.14(1) the Commission shall present an interim evaluation of PRIMA by end 2022.
