KOMISIJAS ĪSTENOŠANAS REGULA (ES) Nr. 1116/2011
(2011. gada 31. oktobris),
ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem
EIROPAS KOMISIJA,
ņemot vērā Līgumu par Eiropas Savienības darbību,
ņemot vērā Padomes 2002. gada 20. decembra Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1) un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,
tā kā:

Jeruzalemes pilnsapulcē 2010. gada novembrī Kimberli procesa dalībnieki ar pilnsapulces lēmumu provizoriski apstiprināja Svazilendas pievienošanu Kimberli procesa dalībnieku sarakstam, kas bija jāapstiprina ar Kimberli procesa priekšsēdētāja paziņojumu, tiklīdz tiktu atrisināti atsevišķi neatrisinātie jautājumi. |

Ar 2011. gada 30. maija paziņojumu Kimberli procesa priekšsēdētājs apstiprināja, ka Svazilenda tagad ir atzīta par Kimberli procesa dalībnieci. |

Attiecīgi jāgroza Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikums, |
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU.
1. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar tekstu, kas izklāstīts šīs regulas pielikumā.
2. pants
Šī regula stājas spēkā nākamajā dienā pēc tās publicēšanas Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
