Article 188 The Statute of the Court of Justice is laid down in a separate Protocol. The Council may, acting unanimously at the request of the Court of Justice and after consulting the Commission and the European Parliament, amend the provisions of Title III of the Statute. The Court of Justice shall adopt its rules of procedure. These shall require the unanimous approval of the Council.
