Initiative summary:
Individual learning accounts provide people of working age with training entitlements for up- and reskilling. As part of the European Skills Agenda, the Commission will assess how a possible European initiative on individual learning accounts can help close existing gaps in the access to training and empower adults to successfully manage labour market transitions. Broad consultations with Member States, social partners and all relevant stakeholders will underpin the assessment.
