- This draft Delegated Regulation aims at ensuring that the scope of application of the procedural rules regarding ESMA’s supervision of so called ‘data reporting services providers’ includes ‘consolidated tape providers’. The procedural rules govern the rights of the defence, the collection of fines or periodic penalty payments and the limitation periods for the imposition and enforcement of fines and periodic penalty payments.
