ASSENT No 28/84 given by the Council in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 54 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community for the financing of an investment project of the Elektromark company involving the reconversion of three electricity generating units from natural gas to coal firing (84/C 197/07)

By a communication of 11 July 1984, the Commission of the European Communities requested that the Council of the European Communities give its assent in accordance with Article 54, second paragraph, of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community to enable it to finance an investment project of the Elektromark company involving the reconversion of three electricity generating units from natural gas to coal firing.

At its 953rd meeting on 2 and 3 October 1984, the Council have its assent as requested by the Commission.
