- Initiative summary:
- By the delegated act, the Commission establishes a list of cross-border renewable energy projects. These projects are based on a cooperation mechanism between EU countries and provide more benefits compared to a project developed by one of the countries alone. The projects which are included in the list have a special status that gives them more visibility and also makes them eligible to apply for grants for studies or construction under the Connecting Europe Facility.
