- Initiative summary:
- The Commission intends to update the list of chemicals subject to certain rules on trade in dangerous chemicals. The aim is to ensure that unwanted imports are prevented and that information on hazards, risks and safe handling is exchanged when these chemicals are exported. After the listing of a chemical, export will only be possible if certain conditions are met.
