    Page 6, Article 1, new paragraph 4, first subparagraph:

    The second sentence of this subparagraph is replaced by a new subparagraph as follows:

    'Aid may be exluded only where use of the caseins and caseinates is not necessary from an economic or technological point of view and if this exclusion does not give rise to distortion of competition.'
