The Bank would like to notify the following organisations or their successors in title of its intention to make accessible to the public, in accordance with its ‘Rules on historical archives’ published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 289 of 22 November 2005, p. 12, documents concerning them that were originally covered by the obligation of professional or business secrecy. These organisations are therefore requested to contact the EIB at the following address within eight weeks of publication date of this notice. After this deadline, the Bank will use its best judgment to decide whether to authorise the disclosure of these documents pursuant to Article 2 of the abovementioned rules.
