COUNCIL DECISION of 16 November 1998 appointing two members and an alternate of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training (98/C 367/01)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Decision 77/454/EEC of 27 June 1977 setting up an Advisory Committee on Nursing Training (1), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof,

Whereas, in its Decision of 6 July 1994 (2), the Council appointed:

- Ms Barbara SCHWOCHERT a member,

- Ms Christa NOVAKIEWITSCH an alternate,

- Mr Hermann KURTENBACH a member,

of the Committee for the period ending on 5 July 2001;

Whereas the German Government has nominated:

- Ms Christa NOVAKIEWITSCH to replace Ms Barbara SCHWOCHERT, member,

- Ms Ilsedore ZOPFY to replace Ms Christa NOVAKIEWITSCH, alternate,

- Ms Claudia NEUMANN to replace Mr Hermann KURTENBACH, member,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

Ms Christa NOVAKIEWITSCH is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training in place of Ms Barbara SCHWOCHERT for the remainder of her term of office, which ends on 5 July 2001.

Article 2

Ms Ilsedore ZOPFY is hereby appointed an alternate of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training in place of Ms Christa NOVAKIEWITSCH for the remainder of her term of office, which ends on 5 July 2001.

Article 3

Ms Claudia NEUMANN is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training in place of Mr Hermann KURTENBACH for the remainder of his term of office, which ends on 5 July 2001.
