DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 29/2012
of 10 February 2012
amending Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Annex XX to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 158/2011 of 2 December 2011 (1). |

(2) |
Commission Decision 2010/728/EU of 29 November 2010 establishing a questionnaire to be used for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) (2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement. |

(3) |
Decision 2010/728/EU repeals Commission Decision 2006/194/EC (3) which is incorporated into the Agreement and which is consequently to be deleted from the Agreement, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The text of point 1fc (Commission Decision 2006/194/EC) of Annex XX to the Agreement shall be replaced by the following:
‘32010 D 0728: Commission Decision 2010/728/EU of 29 November 2010 establishing a questionnaire to be used for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) (OJ L 313, 30.11.2010, p. 13).’.
Article 2
The text of Decision 2010/728/EU in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 11 February 2012, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the Agreement have been made to the EEA Joint Committee (4), or on the day of the entry into force of Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 28/2012 of 10 February 2012 (5), whichever is the later.
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
