Operative part of the order

The decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 24 April 2020 (Case R 1610/2019-4) is annulled.

2.

EUIPO shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Ltd.
