Is an onward flight from the destination airport of the preceding flight which a passenger booked together with the first flight and for which he obtained just one ticket with one ticket number, where there is a scheduled period of just over 13 hours between the two flights, to be classified as a ‘directly connecting flight’ within the meaning of Article 2(h) of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council? ( 1 )
