Initiative summary:
The Commission Delegated Regulation further details the rules for the authorisation and supervision of inside information platforms(IIPs) and registered reporting mechanisms(RRMs) by the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators(ACER) under Regulation (EU)No 1227/2011 of 25/10/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency(REMIT). Under REMIT market participants are required to report certain information to ACER. IIPs and RRMs are the entities who report the required data to ACER on behalf of market participants
