- Initiative summary:
- This implementing act aims at providing technical means for publication of organic operator certificates issued by competent authorities, control authorities or control bodies in the electronic Trade Control and Expert System (TRACES). These certificates should automatically be made public to increase the transparency of the organic control system and the information on “organic” operators and groups of operators. It may be that operators are exempted from obligation to possess a certificate.
