The Commission will adopt a European annual asylum and migration management Report on an annual basis (every year by 15 October) that will start the European annual migration management cycle. Together with the Report, the Commission will determine which Member States are under migratory pressure, at risk of migratory pressure or facing a significant migratory situation.
