On page 30, Annex II, under the heading ‘Agenda and supporting documentation’, fourth paragraph:
for:
‘In case the deadline mentioned in paragraph 3 is not respected, the meeting shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.’,
read:
‘In case the deadline mentioned in the third paragraph is not respected, the meeting shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.’.
