- Initiative summary:
- This initiative aims at reviewing the EU legislation on consumer credit for which a recent evaluation has highlighted several challenges hindering its functioning notably in terms of scope, information provision and creditworthiness assessment. The impact assessment will take into account the impact of COVID-19 on the credit market and on consumers, including vulnerable ones.
