ASSENT No 31/83 given by the Council pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 54 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community to the co-financing of the conversion from oil or gas to coal-firing in seven plants belonging to Dunlop Ltd In a letter dated 9 September 1983, the Commission of the European Communities requested the assent of the Council of the European- Communities, pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 54 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable it to co-finance the conversion from oil or gas to coal-firing in seven plants belonging to Dunlop Ltd.
