Initiative summary:
The F-Gas Regulation is being revised, to align it with the European Green Deal and the European Climate Law, recent international obligations on HFCs under the Montreal Protocol and progress made and lessons learned. Following this revision, the European Commission needs to update several implementing acts. This act is a necessary update due to the revised Regulation having enlarged the scope of products and equipment (e.g. metered dose inhalers) that need to be labelled as containing F-gases.
