Ehdotus neuvoston asetukseksi neuvoston asetuksen (ETY) 3821/85 ja maantieliikenteen rekisteröintilaitteista annetun neuvoston direktiivin 88/599/ETY muuttamisesta (KOM(94)0323 - C4-0125/94 - 94/0187(SYN))

Ehdotus hyväksytään seuraavin tarkistuksin:

The technical requirements of those new Annexes shall contain procedures for downloading the recorded data. - ottaa huomioon työjärjestyksensä 58 artiklan,

- ottaa huomioon liikenne- ja matkailuvaliokunnan mietinnön sekä talous- ja raha-asioita sekä teollisuuspolitiikkaa käsittelevän valiokunnan ja sosiaali- ja työllisyysasiain valiokunnan lausunnot (A4-0155/95),

1. Hyväksyy komission ehdotuksen parlamentin tekemin tarkistuksin;

2. Pyytää komissiota muuttamaan ehdotustaan vastaavasti EY:n perustamissopimuksen 189 a artiklan 2 kohdan mukaisesti;

3. Pyytää neuvostoa sisällyttämään parlamentin tarkistukset yhteiseen kantaan, jonka se vahvistaa EY:n perustamissopimuksen 189 c artiklan a kohdan mukaisesti;

4. Kehottaa puhemiestään välittämään tämän lausunnon neuvostolle ja komissiolle.
