Vastuseks nõuandvate arvamuste taotlustele, mille Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur (Reykjavíki ringkonnakohus) on esitanud kohtule vastavalt järelevalveameti ja kohtu asutamise kohta sõlmitud EFTA riikide lepingu artiklile 34, tegi president 7. oktoobril 2015 kohtumääruse, mille resolutiivosa on järgmine:
liidetud kohtuasjad E-8/15 ja E-9/15 kustutatakse registrist.
