- Initiative summary:
- Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 implements the commitments of the Union under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. A number of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1021. This act would amend the limit value for the presence of those PBDEs in mixtures or articles.
