ASSENTS No 20/80 granted by the Council pursuant to Article 56 (2) (a) of the ECSC Treaty to enable the Commission to grant conversion loan, (overall loans) intended to help the setting up and extension of small and medium-sized untertakings to provide productive re-employment for former ECSC workers, to the following: Crédit national (France).
