ASSENT No 13/78 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 66 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to a draft Commission Decision amending Decision No 25/67 of 22 June 1967 laying down in implementation of Article 66 (3) of the Treaty establishing the Coal and Steel Community a Regulation concerning exemption from prior authorization

On 10 March 1977, the Commission of the European Communities requested the Council of the European Communities to give the necessary assent pursuant to Article 66 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to a draft Commission Decision amending Decision No 25/67 of 22 June 1967 laying down in implementation of Article 66 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community a Regulation concerning exemption from prior authorization.

At its 527th meeting held on 18 July 1978, the Council gave the assent requested by the Commission.
