- Initiative summary:
- The Services of General Economic Interest (SGEI) de minimis Regulation, the evaluation of which started in 2019, allows small SGEI compensation to be exempted from State aid control. Based on the preliminary results of the evaluation, the Commission will review whether the exempted amounts should be adjusted in light of inflation over time and whether there is a need to align certain concepts with the Commission Regulation (EC) N.1407/2013.
