- The partnership between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean needs to be reinvigorated in light of the new geopolitical reality. The initiative will outline a comprehensive agenda to step up relations with a region that is an important partner for trade and investment as well as the digital and green transition and which can be a strategic and like-minded ally in multilateral fora.
