(1)  After expiration of Regulation No 70/2001, the public aid provider will apply for examining the ‘Research Programmes of the Ministry of Culture for 2006-2011’  to see whether it still complies with the valid legislation that repealed Regulation No 70/2001. If State aid to SMEs under the current programmes is in contradiction with the Regulation, the provider will exclude SMEs from further enjoyment of the aid by laying down prohibitive conditions to prevent their participation in public tenders for the programmes.
